This page describes what data we collect, how we store it, and how you can have it removed. The text below is a placeholder — review and confirm with a lawyer before launch.

What we collect

• Email address and (optionally) name when you sign up for updates, place an order, or submit a commission inquiry.
• Shipping address when you place an order. We pass this to our payment processor (Stripe) and to the artist for fulfilment.

Where it lives

• Our own database (PostgreSQL on Railway).
• MailerLite, our email-marketing provider, when you opt in to newsletter updates.
• Stripe, when you place an order. Card data never touches our servers.
• Cloudflare, which sits in front of our site for security and performance.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand traffic patterns. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and does not share data with third parties. Aggregate visitor counts only.

Marketing email

We only send marketing email to people who actively opt in. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing email — order and commission emails related to a specific transaction may still be sent.

Removing your data

Email [email protected] to request deletion. We will remove your record from our database and from MailerLite.
